VELUX Ukraine is looking for new colleague for the positions of:


Digital, Content and InBound Marketing Specialist



Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Implementation
  • Ensure the best uses of website, other digital assets and social media
  • Collaborates with web developers and cross-functional creative team to implement online solutions. Defines requirements and manages digital projects
  • Manage reporting tools and oversee data analysis and conclusion/insight development
  • Ensure SEO of all digital assets
  • Content Management
  • Adopt, writing, editing, and proofreading content. Coordinate external suppliers for content creation.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including company web-site, email and social media.
  • Social Media Management
  • Lead social media strategy and efforts across platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Utilize appropriate social media metrics tools, set clear benchmarks and goals for social media activities and develop analytics to measure success
  • Create, execute, and assess an annual social media content and engagement strategy
  • InBound Marketing
  • Develop and manage automation workflows in marketing automation client
  • Continuously improve End-User experience, quality and quantity of leads, relevancy of the content
  • Marketing and PR
  • Support General Manager in PR tasks, requests and issues
  • Collaborate and coordinate activities with other marketing responsible employees. Support all off-line campaigns and activities.
  • Assist, initiate, oversee and apply market research and analytics if necessary

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 year experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set
  • A self-starter that can multi-task, prioritize and works well on deadline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across functional groups
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or any other marketing automation tools will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of website analytics and website conversion metrics. Practical knowledge of Google Analitics will be a great advantage
  • Good English, Ukrainian and Russian
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
