Sales Development Representative (Genesis / EverHelp)

We are always looking for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise but would also empower our team with a relentless drive to turn ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform lead generation via cold calling, emailing, prospecting, etc.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Process and qualify inbound and outbound leads by making effective sales pitches
  • Research the market and identify potential target customers (ICPs)
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers including top targets within the industry
  • Set up meetings or calls

Requirements:

  • Previous new business experience, ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
