Talent Acquisition Specialist (R&D)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with extra motivation to take challenges and match our products with A-players.

That is why we are looking for a specialist who:

• have 1+ years of experience in researching/recruiting with proven achievements history
• know all the main search tools and is able to perform at a high level
• have a good command of both written English
• able to handle multitasking effectively

Necessary soft skills:

• Result-orientation and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Stress resistance and optimism

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Monitoring recruitment process identifying areas for improvement
