Budgeting and Management Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Budgeting and Management Accounting Specialist who will design effective budget models, analyze financial information and suggest spending improvements. You will also take charge of the automation of budgeting and management processes.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and supporting the budgeting process throughout the company
• Preparing the plan-fact analysis and analyzing variances between factual and budgeted financial results
• Automating the budgeting, treasury and management accounting processes
• Designing and implementing effective and treasury budgeting policies and procedures
• Preparing managerial and сonsolidated financial statements for the holding
• Modeling investment projects and analyzing their implementation, preparing reports for these projects
• Creating reporting for evaluation of the business/products/projects
• Preparing documentation for the external audit. Participating in the auditing process
• Calculating KPIs for the Company
• Supporting rolling budgeting
• Supporting communication with banks and other financial partners
• Participating in the development of management accounting policies and its implementation in the accounting system

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting and management accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting (understanding of main reports, posting, etc)
• A Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Strong knowledge in Excel
• Intermediate level of English (good enough to communicate with external auditors)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to focus on the details
• Experience in setting tasks for process automation programmers and direct participation in its implementation
