Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing proposals for upcoming projects,

communicate with the Clients in both oral and written, prepare presentations, carry out

international best practice research, participate in preparing comparative analysis, etc.

Experience Required:

• University degree in law, social sciences, international relations, public administration

or related fields or in Economy/Finances;

• Excellent English and Russian language skills (verbal and written);
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills;
• Excellent time management and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and manage

time to meet deadlines;

• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team

environment.
