Director - Marketing and eCommerce

Job Summary Statement:

CEO will be responsible for designing strategy and executing plans for two eCommerce

brands. Achieve highly ambitious sales targets by setting merchandising strategies,

planning inventory, generating efficient online traffic and building systems and

processes for data insights and analytics reporting leading to increased conversion rate. Moving to Georgia.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic plans
  • Hold P&L responsibility and achieve highly ambitious sales targets
  • Develop the talent of the team by providing: coaching/counseling, performance

management, development, feedback and training

  • Build highly customer focused organization
  • Design state of the art operations to ensure superior customer experience
  • Build culture of continuous innovation and learning by incrementally deploying

improvements to get customer feedback

  • Work with vendors and merchants to assure good category coverage and

assortment of goods

  • Define and manage a Go-To-Market calendar ensuring seasonal, monthly and

weekly content is created and distributed on time

  • Manage website design and development teams from initial inception to delivery
  • Work closely in order to ensure that best practices for online functionality (UI/UX)

are understood and implemented

  • Strategize and deploy product launches across digital platforms
  • Identify areas and opportunities to improve the customer journey through new

and emerging tools and technologies

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, eCommerce, merchandising for

top-tier consumer and/or retail brands. At least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Experience working with creative teams and developing efficient processes for

feedback and collaboration

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with data-driven decision-making


  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize,

and articulate highest impact initiatives

  • Ability to succeed in a changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Well-versed in site analytics and proficient in leveraging data for decision making
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage vendors and source new vendors
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana), Trello, A/B


About Company:
