Middle Web Analyst

UMa&UMi is a new jewelry brand dedicated to the childhood universe and the joy of being parents. We are looking for a Middle Web Analyst 

The Company’s mission is to provide a complete jewelry gift solution to different important moments in  the life of every family in every country: childbirth, first step, first word, first experience, birthday, graduation etc.

Our target is to make families happy with our gift solutions all over the World! 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in digital product analytics 3

  • in- depth experience working with data received from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, etc.

  • deep expertise in web analytics tools (certification will be a plus)

  • experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations (Google Data Studio will be a plus)

  • experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization

  • understanding of digital marketing, especially PPC and SEO field

  • understanding predictive analytics

  • upper-intermediate English (written skills)

  • analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • provide Marketing department with deep insights regarding all marketing activities

  • recommend ongoing optimization of digital campaigns as needed, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Youtube etc.

  • solve problems and direct marketing strategies towards ROI maximization

  • recommend new channels based on customer journey and data

  • analyze new target markets and recommend marketing metrics based on findings

  • design and implement A/B testing  (from hypothesis to results analysis)

  • look for alternative data sources and tools

  • produce regular reports on campaign performance

  • create visualizations and present them to the team (owners).
