Human Resources Manager in DBI Hotel Management Company is the great chance to start your journey in Hospitality World. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing any support to the Human Resources Manager.

At the moment we're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at DBI Hotel Management Company.

Key responsibilities are:

• Champion the change process & contribute to the overall success of the HR strategy
• Ensure the efficient and timely administrative coordination of all employment related questions
• Welcome, inform and guide all employees
• Assist internal guests (employees) in their applications
• To be heart & soul of the DBI family
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion about hospitality and great customer service
• Fluent English
