Hotel Executive Secretary in DBI Hotel Management Company is the great chance to start your journey in Hospitality World.

 

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion about hospitality and great customer service
  • Fluent written and spoken English

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards
  • To carry out day-to-day work, including taking meeting minutes, distribution of all memos, letters and other information issued by the General Manager
  • To arrange internal and external meetings/appointments for the General Manager
  • To prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
  • To ensure that all visitors to the Executive Office are welcomed correctly and given the necessary information/guidance
  • To assist with the organisation of VIP and long-stay guests parties/events
  • To assist in clarifying and following up tasks, duties and projects delegated to various departments
