Program Site Coordinator

International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) seeks Program Site Coordinators (multiple positions) for its public health project. Positions are full-time, based in Kyiv. Individuals are expected to support the program in various program activities at site level, assist in project site management and data quality improvement, play key role in data processing, verification, timely reporting.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program/Project and/or Financial Management, M&E or Public (Health) Administration or other related field and/or equivalent of 6+ years of relevant work experience in award management or M&E in public health
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and diplomatic skills. Patience and commitment to advance "win-win" message throughout communication with local and national partners, particularly state health care facilities.
• Ability to work and learn fast; carry out work plans, and problem-solve independently
• Written/verbal fluency in Ukrainian and in English (preferred but not required).
