Project Manager

SAPHIRA is a Full-spectrum Marketing & Creative Agency. We create brands from scratch and, upon request, develop strategies, branding, websites, applications, and create all kinds of beautiful design. We’ve got a powerful in-house production and SMM department.

We are searching for a full-time Project Manager with a track record in the field of marketing. Our candidate plays the lead role in initiating, planning, executing and closing projects of the agency. They are accountable for the entire project scope, managing a cross-functional team, resources and risks. Our ideal candidate is super sociable, flexible and result oriented.

The position is based in our Kyiv office next to Poshtova Ploscha station. During the war, we work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure the project is executed within the expected time and budget
• Keep the project deliverables within the expected goals and objectives
• Establish and manage project scope
• Lead internal and external meetings
• Summarize and follow up
• Create and present business proposals and quotes
• Schedule and host a project kickoff meeting, along with frequent check-ins
• Assign and manage tasks of a cross-functional team
• Streamline communication between team members (agile)
• Monitor projects' progress and clear roadblocks
• Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy
• Send progress updates to clients
• Deliver and land the project to the client

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience on a similar role
• Experience in marketing
• Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Experience in project management or account management in an advertising agency
• Understanding of marketing and creative tools (SEO, SMM, PPC, copy, UX, UI, PR, research, strategy, web development)
• Education or courses in marketing, people management, PM and PR will be an advantage
• Experience in managing a cross-functional team
• Super strong communication skills and flexibility
• Excellent time management and self organization
• Can-do attitude
