Financial controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller for a group of companies ( real estate/ development, design, and IT ) 

Job purpose and key deliverables
 You are intended to act as a support finance function to СFO.

Reporting and monthly procedures:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the monthly cash flow and accrual reports and the rolling forecasts;
• Review financial statements and make an analysis in order to provide explanations of the deviations actuals vs budgeted;
• Monthly preparation of consolidation report regarding business performance;
• Client’s monthly accruals;
• Client’s monthly billing;
• Client’s turnover report;
• Occupancy and debt report (weekly).
   
   

Procedures and Controls:

• Reviewing and approving the new agreements;
• Reviewing a CF and cash balances on a daily basis;
• Supporting with weekly payments procedure (discussion, approval, control);
• Participation in establishing ERP system;
• Assisting in developing the internal financial and operational policies.

Budgeting, Forecasting and business support:

• Preparation, reviewing and controlling budgets;
• Assisting to CFO in financial modeling;
• Managing the construction budgets for new locations. 
• Optional management reports by request;

СANDIDATE’S PORTRAIT:

• Highly developed personal qualities;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, 1C Accounting 8.2; other ERP soft is an advantage;
• Not less than 1,5-2 years of experience in “Big4” (candidate from Top-10 audit companies could be reviewed with 2-3 years of experience);
• English at upper- intermediate level, business English language skills;
• University degree with focus on Finance / Economics / Accounting;
• Knowledge of reporting, international accounting standards (IFRS) and NAS;
• High level of self-organization;
• Attention to details;
• Analytical thinking and question minded;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Honesty;
• Punctuality;
• Flexibility;
• Without bad habits (!).
