Responsibilities:
to provide the Development Manager with the construction elements for the feasibility study (costs, macro schedule);
to ensure Decathlon’s standard specifications are followed while construction of the building;
to validate the elements for the building permit and their consistency with the allocated budget;
to organize tenders for design/construction works;
to ensure the work is carried out smoothly and meets deadlines of store opening;
to bring "Buildings Maintenance" expertise to stores and carry out technical audits;
to validate and coordinate the external architect (I have them sign a standard contract);
to identify all restrictions linked to the site (to obtain a plan from the land surveyor and a ground survey, legislation concerning water, utilities, etc.)
to draft the pre-project summary validated by the services manager;
to communicate the Decathlon architectural and technical standards to the architect;
to coordinate the drafting of graphical and administrative elements;
to approve the achievement timetable proposed by the project manager;
to obtain the completed buildings file, the subsequent work on buildings file;
to fill in and close the insurance file;
to manage store maintenance;
to provide technical assistance to stores.
Ensuring that construction is carried out correctly
to draft the documents required prior to the start of construction: Prior declarations (health insurance, buildings office, labor inspectorate, etc.), declaration of site opening, insurance file
to draw up contracts with claim holders;
to approve each construction minutes notes: (deadlines, costs, technical and aesthetic aspects);
to coordinate internal services (IT, etc.);
to ensure financial management of the construction;
to ensure the construction is within budget;
to accept the construction works and monitor the lifting of waivers;
to design and develop each of your projects;
to obtain the relevant internal and external authorizations required to complete the project;
to be a project manager until the store opened.
SKILLS
You implement the concept functionalities;
You know how to read and interpret an urban planning document;
You have a thorough understanding of regulations (site open to the public, accessibility, etc.);
You implement standard specifications;
You observe deadlines for legal administrative matters;
You are competent in the bill of quantities;
English - upper-intermediate level.
