Decathlon Ukraine is expanding its Production Team in Kyiv.

We are responsible to industrialize, produce in Ukraine and supply sports goods all over the world, in collaboration with local industrial partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Management of Ukrainian producers

•Production projects management

•Coordination of supply flows between suppliers in Ukraine and Decathlon in the world

•Production planning and order management

•Preparation of analytical reports

•Evaluation of supply costs

•Building new and improving existing supply flows

•Sourcing new potential industrial partners according to Decathlon Standards & needs.

•Ensure quality and social responsibility level of Decathlon producers in Ukraine

•Control the development of new products with suppliers in Ukraine

REQUIREMENTS:

•1 to 5 years of experience in Supply, Logistics, Planning, Production departments

•Major in Economics, Management, Supply, Maths, Engineering

•Proactive approach

•Ability to analyze data and come up with the solutions

•Continuous improvement mindset

•Strong organizational skills

•Negotiation skills

•Readiness to help and support others

•Advanced English. Ukrainian, Russian. French is a big asset

•Confident Excel user

•High interest in IT solutions, tools

•Driving license
