Duties include:

• Administration of incoming calls
• Maintenance of a positive image of the company during communication with clients;
• Receive incoming calls;
• Providing quality consultations to clients in telephone mode;
• Providing relevant information to customers regarding prices, stocks, product mix, delivery and other services by Decathlon Ukraine;
• Help the clients with making online orders;
• Assistance to clients in solving problem situations;
• Identify the needs of clients when communicating with them.
  
• Maintaining a database of calls;
• Provide weekly reporting about the calls;

Your profile

• You love sport and practice it regularly.- You are responsible, concrete and result oriented.
• You are a team player.- You have an excellent sense of service.- You love to communicate with people and to help them.
• You have an experience in call-centers. You have startup mindset. You love innovations and to learn new things.- You energetic and open mind, positive as we are.
• You know Russian, Ukrainian and English languages well and respect grammar.- SMM, Photoshop, HTML skills are very welcome.
• Good communicative skills (clarity, logic of statements, attentiveness to the interlocutor); Affiliate behavior in conflict situations; Clear diction, culture and language literacy; Possession of the basics of etiquette of professional communication;
• Ability to work on a floating schedule
