Description

For a sport that I practice regularly (or professionally), I put in place my local sports project in Kyiv, becoming an "ambassador" of Decathlon brands products. My decisions allow satisfying our users and future sport users.

My responsibilities 

• I develop a sport to satisfy all sportsmen, in order to take more local market share.
• I manage an omnichannel relationship with my sport users, to satisfy them and give them envy to come back.
• I sell through our stores, e-business, and platforms.
• I guarantee the availability of my products; I manage the linear organization in store and website.
• I guarantee 100% satisfaction of our users; listen to their feedback and act accordingly
• I animate and participate in our social network communities to develop my market and share with sportsmen
• I love innovation, and you are ready to create a new system, a new organization, and new strategies in line with our vision
• I love people, users, customers, and products.
• I am focused on the "why" and not on the "how". You are not afraid of giving your confidence.
• I speak English well. French would be a +

My sports project will become the mission that I will debrief regularly. It's an independent business unit that I animate in 3 years target.

My profile

• I love sport and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all.
• I love to work as a team, not as an alone specialist. You want to manage a team in the near future.
• I have 4-5 years of professional experience
