Since Google is "going social" and customer reviews are integrated into Google AdWords and Google Shopping, a new value dimension for customer reviews has been opened. Since 2008, eKomi supports businesses via a web-based Social Commerce solution, to proactively collect product, customer reviews, and seller ratings from real customers.

 

The feedback is used for marketing purposes such as displaying it on company websites, on Facebook, and through eKomi's partnership with Google - also in Google search results and ads. We have collected millions of authentic consumer reviews and over 14.000 customers worldwide are working with us, including global players like DHL, ESPRIT and Medion.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support the sales team to meet sales targets and accomplish development projects
  • Build a steady pipeline of business contacts and prospects
  • Assist the sales team in everything related to finding new customers and promoting the company's products.
  • Conducting online demo presentations with prospective clients via Skype and Zoom-sessions
  • Emailing prospects and follow-up calls
  • Cold calling to prospective clients
  • Observe and stay on top of changes in the industry
  • Networking by attending local events and relevant tradeshows in order to build commercial relationships.
  • Handle incoming customer sales enquiries

 

Requirements

  • Fluent German
  • Preferable you have previously accomplished a successful Sales career either selling B2B tech solutions or working in the outbound BPO industry.
  • Ideally 1-2yrs of sales experience.

 

Other Must-have Skills

  • Great communicator
  • Great negotiator
  • You have an eye for detail and work rigorously.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service
  • You are a good person
