Alcor is growing, we are looking for a Junior Lawyer .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master (Specialist) of Law
• Spoken and written English is a must (not less than Upper-intermediate)
• Fundamental theoretical training in law, strong research skills
• Critical and structured thinking, creative approach to problem-solving
• Proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to contribute individually as well as part of a team, good communicative and interpersonal skills

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Obtaining work, residence permits for nonresidents (no experience required
• Developing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other corporate documentation
• Preparation of legal opinions and otherwise advising clients on various legal matters
• Business, Labour, Tax, IP, Civil law, etc
• Legal support of business activities of the company
