REQUIREMENTS:

• Master (Specialist) of Law;
• 1+ year experience in a relevant position;
• Languages: Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, English - at least Upper-intermediate level;
• Fundamental theoretical training in law, analytical and research skills;
• Attention to detail, strong writing skills;
• Critical and structured thinking;
• Proactive attitude;
• Ability to contribute individually as well as part of a team;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• Developing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other corporate documentation;
• Preparation of legal opinions and otherwise advising clients on various legal matters: Business, Labour, Tax, IP, Civil law, etc.
• Obtaining work, residence permits for nonresidents (no experience required);
• Legal support of business activities of the company.
