At this point, Zelh is looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Structural Modeler/Drafter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Revit modeler/drafter with 1+ years of experience to join our structural team.
• Updating architectural models of residential and commercial buildings with structural elements (Timber Structures).
• Setting up views and preparing structural plans.
• Drafting/updating structural details.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure consistency in plans.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to develop an understanding of structural components and their design.

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit. (Modeling of 3D structural elements of timber buildings; perfect understanding of templates, filters, schedules, families and their parameters).
• General understanding of Timber Design is a Plus.
• Structural/Civil engineering students/graduates.
• Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST
• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Meticulous
• General understanding of structural design
• Eager to learn and develop engineering skills

Tools: Revit, BIM360, GSuite, Trello, Timecamp

Typical Projects Include:

• Single-family custom homes
• Commercial: Offices and warehouses

Working conditions:

• First 1-3 months: 6 am — 3 pm (PST) / 4 PM — 12 AM (Ukrainian Time). After 3 months: 2 AM -11 AM (PST)) / 12.00 — 21.00 (Ukrainian Time)
