Our client, multinational company is searching for Procure to Pay Specialistto join their team in Lviv. If you are proficient in English or know other foreign languages - we are searching exactly for you!

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Suppliers, Buyers, Requestors and AP teams to support ongoing activities;
• Creation and correction of Purchase Orders (PO);
• Check and solve parked and blocked invoice issues;
• Prepare periodically and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Nestle procurement practices.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Experience of working in SAP system (AP) will be a plus;
• Ability to work with others as a team player;
• Customer focus and service orientation;
• Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate: spoken and written) and French (Intermediate: spoken and written).
