Business Process Automation Technical Specialist

Our client, a multinational company is searching for a Business Process Automation Technical Specialist to join their team in Lviv. If you are proficient in English or know other foreign languages - we are searching exactly for you!

Main responsibilities:

· Solution Design:

o Develop, deploy and support BPA solution;

o Support scoping, planning and designing BPA solutions (provide estimations);

o Define the best solution model following the BPA governance;

o Guarantee the security and compliance of deliverables.

· Solution Support:

o Give appropriate support to either end-users or the BPA support team;

o Provide technical documentation on the solution;

o Support BPA business analyst to manage closely stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Preferable specialization: Mathematics, IS/IT, Statistics;
• Advantage: knowledge of Share Point, principles of database architecture, SQL for Databases, HTML, JavaScript;
• Proficient MS Excel level (Pivot Tables / Charts, Text to Columns, Remove Duplicates as well as day to day functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, etc.);
• Good communication skills combined with English Intermediate / Upper-intermediate.

• Analytical mindset: ability to identify key issues and prioritize their resolution;
• Ability to elaborate and defend ideas, especially when they are in conflict/disagreement with stakeholders;
