Our client, multinational company is searching for Service Desk Specialist to join their team in Lviv. If you proficient in English, or know other foreign languages - we are searching exactly for you!

Main Responsibilities:

•   Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware;
•   Provide all corporate software supports;
•   Respond to customer queries;
•   Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;
•   Prepare technical documentation and user instructions;
•   Organize new computers and other office techniques preparation and installation;
•   Organize equipment for meetings and end-users, also be responsible for equipment asset;
•   Provide IS/IT induction and assist in IT trainings;
•   Support standard software configuration installation at users' computers in accordance to Nestle standards.
•   Install computer peripherals for users. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

 Main requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience in IT preferred;
• Experience in Microsoft OS (WinXP, 7, 2000 Server), Service Desk Systems, User Support Activities, Network equipment, phone equipment, printing equipment;
• General knowledge of IT administration;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Communication skills and Service orientation;
• Ability to work under stress and learn quickly;
• Knowledge of English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
