Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

SimplBit aims to simplify the way people receive, transfer and invest money by creating a seamless platform for anyone's financial needs.

We are launching a new ambitious project and looking for the Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to take our team to the next level.

If you love to obsess about data, analyze visitor behavior and run experiments and A/B tests; if you think of yourself as an expert at developing creative new approaches to driving conversions, this position is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan.
• Identify and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
• Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
• Design, execute, and QA A/B & multivariate tests with testing tools with the goal of improving conversion and site usability.
• Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
• Collaborate closely with the Product manager and development team to build and deploy A/B tests continually measuring the performance of these conversion assets.
• Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of core website and web product KPIs.
• Work in close collaboration with our marketing, development, design, and sales teams in order to optimize each conversion path.

Who you are:

• 3+ years experience in digital conversion optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing, pathing analysis and funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
• Highly proactive and solution-oriented capabilities, a team player and self-starter.
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
