SimplBit is an international company developing its own fintech projects.
Now we are looking for the self-driven customer support associate to assist with client issue resolution (worldwide market) and help us developing the customer support and sales department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receiving and sorting customer emails and respond to their queries via email, chat and phone.
- Verifying the accuracy of the data sent by our customers.
- Tracking document exceptions.
- Matching documents and customers against databases when necessary.
- Managing our groups in social networks and responding to their queries (Telegram, Facebook)
- Providing sales assistance if needed (no cold calling).
- Other tasks as required.
Skills Required
- Excellent attention to details.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Good typing speed is a plus.
- High level of responsibility.
- Some prior work experience preferred.
- Quick learner.
