SimplBit is an international company developing its own fintech projects.

 

Now we are looking for the self-driven customer support associate to assist with client issue resolution (worldwide market) and help us developing the customer support and sales department.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Receiving and sorting customer emails and respond to their queries via email, chat and phone.
  2. Verifying the accuracy of the data sent by our customers.
  3. Tracking document exceptions.
  4. Matching documents and customers against databases when necessary.
  5. Managing our groups in social networks and responding to their queries (Telegram, Facebook)
  6. Providing sales assistance if needed (no cold calling).
  7. Other tasks as required.

 

Skills Required

  1. Excellent attention to details.
  2. Upper-Intermediate English.
  3. Good typing speed is a plus.
  4. High level of responsibility.
  5. Some prior work experience preferred.
  6. Quick learner.
