We're looking for a Recruitment Expert with a "get things done" attitude. You will discover new business functions and domains by hiring for various positions within Railsware. Our team has built a highly-automated environment to help you find and select the best candidates. You will get a chance to use and improve our hiring approaches and tools.

Your skills

  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong business analysis and research skills

  • Strong project management skills (prioritization, task tracking, etc.)

  • Experience in hiring for different positions (technical, design, marketing, company operations, C-level, etc.)

  • Experience in conducting different types of interviews

  • Strong skills in candidates evaluation (based on CVs, interviews, and other research results)

  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, platforms, and tools

  • Advanced skills in data management and record-keeping

  • Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, GSuite, and video conferencing tools

  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and spoken)

 

Would be a plus:

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets, data analytics, and automation tools (see examples from Railsware Academy)

  • Marketing content creation skills

  • Experience in other HR functions

 

Your responsibilities

Position Launch

  • Interview hiring managers to gather position requirements

  • Create detailed competencies profiles

  • Define hiring strategies for various positions (technical, marketing, C-level, etc.)

  • Prepare recruitment materials and distribute those via job platforms, social media, and other communication channels

Sourcing

  • Use advanced techniques and tools to identify as many prospects as possible

  • Accurately assess candidates' profiles against position requirements

  • Reach out to potential candidates using different channels

  • Create catchy messages to draw candidates' attention and engage them into the recruitment process

  • Manage candidate pipeline and set up sourcing automations

Recruitment

  • Handle multiple vacancies with a big load of candidates (up to 50 applications/week)

  • Engage recruitment process participants to hire the best-matching candidates fast

  • Conduct interviews and review test tasks results

  • Provide detailed constructive feedback to create an outstanding candidate experience

  • Follow and improve recruitment processes

  • Contribute to the recruitment knowledge base and share the best approaches with the team

Onboarding

  • Complete onboarding processes to create the best possible newcomers experience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure a new Railswarian gets the needed support

  • Conduct various activities to introduce newcomers to the team (customer development interviews, feedback sessions, welcome calls, etc.)
