Sales Manager

CodeIT is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a passionate and ambitious worker we encourage you to apply to an open position. In our Sales Department, you can contribute your own ideas and develop your skills further.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in IT Sales services

• Understanding of IT industry, software development processes

• Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP)

• Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in problem-solving

• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry

• Higher education in information technology or related fields will be a plus

• Fluent both speaking and written English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Find new potential clients using different sales channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, LeadGen)

• Preparing and adjusting email companies

• Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements

• Independently build a pipeline of leads, track, pursue and close deals

• Work with technical team and PM team to meet customers' needs

• Prepare a proposal and present to a customer with the support of technical experts
