CodeIT is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a passionate and ambitious worker we encourage you to apply to an open position. In our Sales Department, you can contribute your own ideas and develop your skills further.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in IT Sales services
Understanding of IT industry, software development processes
Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP)
Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in problem-solving
Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry
Higher education in information technology or related fields will be a plus
Fluent both speaking and written English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Responsibilities:
Find new potential clients using different sales channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, LeadGen)
Preparing and adjusting email companies
Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
Independently build a pipeline of leads, track, pursue and close deals
Work with technical team and PM team to meet customers' needs
Prepare a proposal and present to a customer with the support of technical experts
