Who are you:

• Are you a passionate individual with experience of demand planning, ordering and logistics OR appropriate education (higher or courses)?
• A highly analytical problem solver?
• Like everything to be in order and have experience creating product management guidelines?

What will your key outcomes be:

• Successfull implementation of ordering plan: Timely orders of products to keep them in stock; Ordering post-production inspections and arranging containers
• Ensure all necessary documentation and reports are up to date: Managing product databases and keeping it up to date, confirming invoices, filling in reports (open orders, product information, order production transit); Develop constrained production plans and purchase orders; Cross-checking invoicing from suppliers and service providers; Keeping up to date HTS codes for current and new products
• Minimizing spend: Minimize logistics and warehouse costs (operational costs); Conduct market and competition analysis, negotiate current pricing; Optimizing HTS codes for products

What will be your working conditions:

• You must log 40 hours per week minimum

• Freedom to work from home or ANY other location you choose

• Freedom to set own working hours

• 30 days paid leave per year

• Bonus system based on your outcome
