Who are we?
A friendly energetic team building a fast-growing coffee accessory company.
We mostly sell on Amazon USA, and EU but want to grow our brick and mortar sales.
We strive to be the best we can be as a team and we want team members who strive to be their best.
Primary Duties:
Maintain customer service relations in USA, UK
Ensure all customer messages are responded to
Learn customer service softwares, procedures and guidelines. Take care of weekend customer service on a rotation basis.
Maintain social media communication
Key requirements:
Advanced in English, both written and verbal (mandatory)
German, French or Spanish languages ability is a BIG advantage
Problem-solving abilities and can handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
Attention to detail

Team player
Your own computer, smartphone, and good internet access
DESIREABLE
Experience of remote working
Experience working in Customer Service is a BIG advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS
You must log 30 hours per week minimum (logged with tracking software)
Working for a rotation basis required
Freedom to work from home or ANY other location you choose
Freedom to set own working hours
