Right now, we're looking for an event sales manager to join the InterContinental Kyiv sales team.

Main duties:

• Managing events from the stage of request till the day of the event, including financial reconciliations;
• Ability to present IC Kiyv in the best way
• Effective communication with other departments in order to achieve the best results;
• Planning and reporting on the results of events;
• Management of document flow and control of the payment of invoices.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Continuous work experience as an event manager for at least 2 years;
• High organizational and communication skills;
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
• Independence in decision-making, rationalism and pragmatism;
• Fluent in English;
• Attention to detail, focus on results, creativity, initiative, stress resistance, ability to learn quickly and flexibility.
