Right now, we're looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join InterContinental Kiev sales team.

 Responsibilities:

• To ensure optimum sales on a both short/long term basis within the agreed markets adhering to stated IC Kyiv procedures.
• To be fully conversant with the Business Plan and overall financial/business mix objectives.
• To maintain a minimum of 30 sales call per week on new and regular clients.  To ensure that two new company contracts are made each week. 
• To build up new contracts in agreed areas, and in other areas after consultation with the Sales Manager.
• To report back on local and other relevant conditions/competition.  To visit other hotels for leads and competitor information.
• To assist with in-house sales activities, promoting the facilities by showing clients the hotel and entertaining to lunch or dinner when necessary.
• To submit a monthly report on all sales activities and assist with the compilation of company room night statistics each month.

 Requirements:

• Over 1year experience in Sales
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluent English
• Guest oriented and enthusiastic is a must
• Good multi-functional skills
• Ability to react fast and confident in on-the-spot and stressful situations
• Knowledge of Opera/Fidelio is a plus
