InterContinental Kyiv hotel is looking for Call center Agents who enjoy providing the best service to hotel’s Guests by assisting them over the phone
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
- Records and controls accurately wake up calls
- Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
- Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
- Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the immediate Supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Previous experience in Call-center is a plus
- Open to shift work
- Ability to react calm and quickly in spontaneous and stressful situations
