Customer support agent

InterContinental Kyiv hotel is looking for Call center Agents who enjoy providing the best service to hotel's Guests by assisting them over the phone

Responsibilities:

• Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
• Records and controls accurately wake up calls
• Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
• Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
• Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the immediate Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service oriented
• Previous experience in Call-center is a plus
• Open to shift work
• Ability to react calm and quickly in spontaneous and stressful situations
