Group Sales Coordinator

Right now, we're looking for Group Sales Coordinator to join our team at InterContinental Kyiv.

Position Duties:

• Establish Customer relationship with new accounts
• Arrange and hold meetings, house-tours, events with potential partners
• Provide long-term efficient partnership with key national and international accounts
• Operate within established policy guidelines
• Ensure the administration of customer orders and related paperwork: groups contracting, group lists calculations, group info etc.
• Close cooperation with field and convention sales colleagues

Requirements:

• University graduate (Bachelor / Master) in Hotel Management, business administration / Marketing or related
• Must be fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian
• Hotel-related experience will be a plus
• Advanced User Excel, Power Point, Word, Opera or equal CRM systems
