Business Development Manager

Right now, we're looking for Business Development Manager to join our team at InterContinental Kyiv.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish Customer relationship with new accounts and maintaining relations with existing corporate clients.
• Provide long-term efficient partnership with key national and international accounts.
• Prepare special promo-offers to motivate clients.
• Define sales targets and operate within established policy guidelines.
• Ensure the administration of Customer orders and related paperwork.
• Conduct market trends and competitor analysis.
• Arrange and hold meetings, house-tours, events with potential partners.
• Go on regular business trips within the city.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate (Bachelor/Master) in hotel management, business administration, marketing
• Relevant experience in Sales 2-3 years
• Fluent in English (additional language will be benefit)
