We are currently looking for Marketing & Sales Assistant (Animal Health)
Position objective is to assist and support Head of AH and department employees in their daily activity.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures department office work and administrative support;
- Ensures communication among department employees;
- Coordinates business trips and advanced reports preparation for department employees;
- Provides support in analytical information work-out and preparation;
- Provides department employees with organizational help on need-basis.
- Provides department events planning and coordination.
Required background:
- high education;
- 2+ year of work experience on the same or on assistant position in pharmaceutical or international company (work experience in marketing is preferable);
- advanced user of MS Office main programs’ (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). Photoshop appreciated.
Required skills:
- communication skills;
- analytical skills;
- advanced level of English is a must. Additional language (German, French intermediate level) appreciated.
