We are currently looking for Marketing & Sales Assistant (Animal Health)

Position objective is to assist and support Head of AH and department employees in their daily activity.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures department office work and administrative support;
• Ensures communication among department employees;
• Coordinates business trips and advanced reports preparation for department employees;
• Provides support in analytical information work-out and preparation;
• Provides department employees with organizational help on need-basis.
• Provides department events planning and coordination.

 Required background:

• high education;
• 2+ year of work experience on the same or on assistant position in pharmaceutical or international company (work experience in marketing is preferable);
• advanced user of MS Office main programs’ (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). Photoshop appreciated.

Required skills: 

• communication skills;
• analytical skills;
• advanced level of English is a must. Additional language (German, French intermediate level) appreciated.
