We are looking for active and motivated young individuals to join our team in Kharkiv office as Customer Service Team Lead.

Set of skills we are looking for:

 

  • Fluent English is a must (B2, C1);
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics;
  • Multitasking, ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
  • Reading comprehension and attention to detail;
  • Thinking outside the box;
  • Self-discipline and patience;
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service area as the Team Lead.

 

Key Tasks:

 

  • Monitor support activities;
  • Provide feedback to improve your team's performance level;
  • Supervise support shifts: monitor and distribute tasks, help with difficult cases;
  • Extra tasks.
