Paralegal, general commercial/regulatory

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Paralegal, general commercial/regulatory position.

Responsibilities: 

• providing legal support to Food and Beverage, Tobacco, Agricultural, Life Sciences & Healthcare, FMCG companies on issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels;
• conduct of initial legal research;
• drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, contracts etc.);
• communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers;
• PR activity (legal alerts, newsletters, publications, comments, presentations etc.);
• monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
• general legal support for projects of the practice;

Requirements:

• knowledge of civil and commercial law is obligatory; 
• advanced level of English is obligatory;
• at least bachelor degree in Law;
• experience in advising on Ukrainian and international issues will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the basic concepts of antitrust and competition, anticorruption, public procurement and advertising regulation will be an advantage;
• Experience of work with Food and Beverage, Tobacco, Agricultural, Life Sciences & Healthcare or FMCG companies will be an advantage;
• ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms;
• analytical and strategic thinking;
• experienced PC, Liga user.
