Junior Associate/Associate

Arzinger invites you to become part of the Lviv office team on a Junior Associate/Associate position. 

Responsibilities:

• Legal support for projects of Real Estate & Construction, Land, Corporate Law, Tax/International Tax practices.
• Advising clients on different legal commercial issues.
• Representation of clients' interests in courts of different instances.
• Drafting legal documents (agreements, legal opinions and memoranda, procedural documents, other communication with clients, proposals, presentations etc.).
• Monitoring and analyzing legislative changes, preparation of newsletters and legal alerts.
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc.).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience for Junior Associate position; 3+ years of relevant experience for Associate position
• Attorney's license is an advantage.
• University Degree in Law is a must.
• Upper intermediate level or advanced in English and\or German. German preferable.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to work, high level of self-motivation.
• High level of presentation, time management, prioritization.
• Ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms and overtime.
