Associate in Banking and Finance practice

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Associate position in Banking & Finance practice. 

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on issues relating to banking activity in Ukraine and the provision of financial services
• Advising clients on issues connected with clients cooperation with Ukrainian and foreign banks
• Advising clients on foreign investment and currency control issues
• Drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers) 
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc.)
• Monitoring legislative changes and court practice
• General legal support for projects of the practice

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in law
• 5+ years of relevant experience with top tier law firm or international bank
• Advanced English is a must
• High-level skills of managing teamwork
• Proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Goal orientation
• Good business writing skills
• Experienced PC, Liga user
• Ability to work with extensive volumes of the information under tight deadlines
