Recruiter

DexDigital is looking for a Recruiter who recognizes the importance of constant self-realization, development, and training, as well as a sense of value in the team and results in orientation.

Your mission is to create a cool team that will become more than just colleagues at work for you. Plus, you will have an opportunity to become a part of department creation, develop a lot of competencies and create unforgettable events (our bar is high ;)).

We expect that you:

• have experience in recruiting from 6 months and up (digital or IT);
• have English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• effectively conduct a dialogue and win people over;
• enjoy finding anybody and use not only Job sites for this;
• can reach out to each candidate and everyone receives feedback from you;
• are passionate about recruiting and see your further development in this direction;
• know how to manage your time and understand the importance of deadlines;
• new occupation is fuel. You are not you without it :)

Would be a plus:

• use of executive search methods at work;
• experience of managing and closing vacancies of a middle and senior-level at the same time.

Your Responsibilities:

• find talented guys using boolean search, and Job sites;
• post vacancies on job boards, Linkedin, FB, telegram channels, etc .;
• conduct an initial screening of resumes and phone interviews;
• lead a candidate at all stages of hiring: from researcher to job offer;
• support the office work of the working time);
• participate in HR-processes and events organization.
