Right now we have an opportunity for an ambitious leader who is willing to obtain the position of Chief of Administration in our company. BreezeE was founded in Estonia with a representative office in Kharkiv. We work in a field of game design and development as well as web programming.

Requirements:

• upper-intermediate written and spoken English
• leadership skills
• ability to organize the work of employees

Previous team management experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• active participation in the development of company strategies
• search for contracts for company services
• negotiating processes with customers and executors
• maintenance of documentation, including financial
• planning of business processes and organization of production processes
• project management
• control over employees' compliance with the company's work rules
