Employer Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join our team and lead employer branding efforts in Ukraine. We are a 1300 people strong research and delivery team passionate about our work and tackling challenges to develop and support great products. You are a seasoned specialist with a proven background and out-of-pattern approach to employer branding. You must be creative and confident in your actions, take responsibility and drive results.

You will partner with HR, Recruitment, PR and Delivery teams to support SQUAD’s employer brand and handle all related activities. Your role will include but is not limited to building relationships across the organization and strong communication within the industry. You will oversee the creation of compelling communication solutions and campaigns to inspire and engage individuals who share our values.

Responsibilities and Duties

— Identify, implement and maintain the employer brand strategy, including any activities, tactics, goals, EVP to increase awareness of the company
— Oversee internal and external programs and initiatives to support recognition of SQUAD
— Dive deep into SQUAD’s culture, experience it and turture through internal communication channels. Lead the ongoing creation and maintenance of communications content within the company
— Develop and maintain external communication and channels in accordance with business priorities
— Act as primary stakeholder for vendors in overseeing content creation and managing reviews, leveraging social media for engaging potential candidates
— Set up and execute communications plans and media engagement in IT domain
— Conduct employer branding activities such as online and offline events, campaigns, presentations, and out-of-the-box initiatives to attract talents and empower recruitment activities
— Conduct market research, trace IT industry trends, collaborate with main educational institutions

Qualifications and Skills

— 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding / PR / Communications or relevant field
— 2+ years of experience in leadership roles (as Lead PR Manager/Brand Manager/HR Marketing Manager)
— Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to establish trust with stakeholders, build and support transparency within teams across the company
— Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
— Experience with analytics and data-driven approach in work. Ability to assess the performance of content on different channels
— Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital and social media
— Outstanding organizational, planning and time management skills
— Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
— Advanced written and spoken English and Ukrainian
