Junior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist passionate about solving difficult logistic tasks and challenging projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of IT and related equipment for Ring Ukraine. You will start with hardware devices and further manage software procurement later as well.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Procurement of IT hardware and software on a daily basis
• Negotiate best prices and ensure the products are delivered on time
• Organization of deliveries, logistics, control of receiving goods
• Control of payment for invoices, document management
• Communication with clients
• Conduct benchmarking analysis of market selecting the right suppliers 

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-oriented approach
• Proactive, open-minded, good self-management skills, calm, responsible, stress persistent
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian accounting/purchasing documentation
• Passionate team-player
• Written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with purchasing electronics, software/hardware, IT devices
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware/software market
