Security Systems Technician (CCTV, access control)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Security Systems Technician with experience in building, improving, and supporting access control and video management systems. This person will be responsible for managing technical work of the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and testing of access control, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and security systems hardware and software.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support and administration of existing CCTV and access control systems in the Company offices
• Preparing CCTV and access control systems reports as required
• Interfacing with CCTV and access control systems product vendors for issue resolution
• Create the best practices for new installation, maintenance, and service for CCTV and access control
• Preparing technical requirements for CCTV and access control systems installation
• Testing and verification of installed equipment with vendors teams
• Managing issuance, replacement, and withdrawal of ID cards to the team members
• Introductory guidance for newcomers about existing security rules
• Participation in regular audits of information systems access rights

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years experience servicing CCTV and access control systems
• Higher education
• Good written and spoken English   

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years experience field installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems
• Identity and Access Management experience
• Higher technical education
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as required due to the specificity of supporting works in Company offices
