Electronics/Device Analyst

Job Summary

Ring's return merchandise authorization team is looking for an Electronics Analyst to join our ranks. On this role you will be responsible for analyzing returned devices, supporting the engineering team on improving them and rising overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with HW and Research teams within your daily tasks. And you will travel a lot to sunny California :)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Functional testing of Ring products 
• Assembling and disassembling Ring products and prototypes
• HW analysis of defected Ring products

Qualifications and Skills

• US visa availability or rich travel history in your foreign passport 
• BS or MS degree in electronics, telecom, electrical engineering or similar
• Experience in electronic/radio/telecom equipment maintenance would be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Readiness for frequent business trips to the US
