We are a young and dynamic IT company based in Sumy, Ukraine!

We are looking for proactive and result-oriented motivated people to start their long and successful carrier in our modern IT company as sales managers (Lead Generation, accounting manager).

Job Description:

You will need to communicate with existing B2B clients as well as establishing new business opportunities by analyzing business cases and establish relationships and find new clients.

Experience and soft skills needed:

  • fluent or excellent written and speaking ENGLISH
  • experience of work as IT Sales Manager no less than 2 years
  • strong presentation and communication skills through e-mail, phone, skype
  • knowledge in technologies and software development (web&mobile development)
  • responsibility, result orientation, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Search and communication with clients
  • Working with ongoing new leads from the website and other channels
  • Creating cover letters on different freelancer platforms and social networks (UpWork, FL.ru, Linkedin, Facebook)
  • Understanding of customers' needs, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Sending attractive proposals to the clients to get the work order.
  • Selling our internal products of the company.
  • Dealing with international clients (via Skype, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) chat & voice conversation
  • Attending international phone calls
  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Making estimation for projects with our team
  • Promoting and sending proposals in social media (Linkedin, Facebook)
  • Handing over the complete project to the clients.
  • Follow up the payment agreed with the client and payment received.
  • Project management is not the main responsibility, but it will be for making Technical specifications of the project and checking (control) of the project going stage and make every effort to successfully complete the project.
  • Communication with designers, developers to the explanation of project tasks.
  • Working on CRM Bitrix24.
