                - Prepare Agreements

                - Organize a support of MNOs

                - Organize a support of government organizations

                - Proceed the certification

                - Organize all related activities to comply the National Security requirements

                - Develop the local processes and procedures

                - Organize all related activities to comply the National Regulator requirements

                - Attend workgroups of discussion for Ministries and Regulator

                - Organize migration processes

                - Manage projects
