Legal Counsel

FUNCTIONS

· Drafting, amending and reviewing standard and non-standard contracts (clients /vendors)

· Negotiating contracts with clients /vendors

· Full legal support of different company's departments (Business Development; HR; Finance; Operations), including during tax and other state audits

· Advising on tax/HR/permits and Licenses matters

· Corporate and registration matters for the company

· Claims and Litigation work

· Obtaining permits and licenses for different types of company operations

· Providing other legal support as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Master's degree in legal or higher

· Fluent English (most of documents shall be drafted and negotiated in English and Ukrainian)

· At least 4 years of in-house legal practice

· Experience in litigations, including administrative, civil and commercial trials

· Strong knowledge of Ukrainian civil and commercial, corporate law, tax legislation, cross-border

· Experience in disputing tax decisions

· Analytical mind, accurate, strong administrative skills and eager to study and develop

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to explain difficult things in easy way
