ABOUT YOU:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruiting for and working in remote organization
• Excited about working in a remote organization
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

BENEFICIAL TO HAVE:

• Background in IT recruitment
• Experience of working in a recruitment agency
• Experience of supporting team members in the registration process (private entrepreneurs)

YOUR TASKS:

• Managing the recruitment process: identify sources, platforms and communities where talent can be found
• Identify talent, handle interviews, review test tasks
• Further improve our evaluation models for the selection process
• Sharing your experience as a recruiter
